Return and Exchange Policy

1. Introduction

Customer satisfaction is a priority for Menù Studio SAS – Brand Stefano Beligni . If the product you purchased doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it or request an exchange quickly and easily through our dedicated portal.

2. How to make a return

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging .

To start the process, log in to our online portal and follow the step-by-step instructions:

Alternatively, you can send an email to resi@stefanobeligni.com indicating:

  • Name and surname
  • Order number
  • Product you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return (optional)

3. Return conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, with labels and packaging intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error or defect on our part.
  • The package must be sent to:

4. Size or product exchange

Through the Exchange Portal you can request to exchange your item for another size, color, or product of equivalent value.

Once your return is received and verified, the new item will be shipped within 5-7 business days. If the requested product is unavailable, you will be offered a store credit or a refund equal to the value of the returned product.

5. Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a defective or non-compliant product, please contact us within 5 days at resi@stefanobeligni.com , attaching a photo and a description of the problem. After verification, the return will be free of charge, and you can choose between a refund or replacement.

6. Refund

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

In case of partial returns, only the amount of the returned products will be refunded.

7. Exceptions

Returns or exchanges are not possible for:

  • Customized or made-to-measure products;
  • Sealed products opened after delivery (e.g. cosmetics, perfumes, skin care products);
  • Goods on final promotion or “Last Chance”, except for lack of conformity.
