2. Object

These general terms and conditions govern the purchase of Stefano Beligni branded products made online through the official website or other digital channels associated with the brand. Purchase implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions; customers are encouraged to read them before confirming their order.

3. Registration and Account

Purchases can be made by registering an account or as a "guest." The customer guarantees that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date and must safeguard the credentials with diligence. Menù Studio SAS is not responsible for any improper use of the account by third parties.

4. Products and Prices

The essential characteristics of the products are described in their respective data sheets. The images are for illustrative purposes only: minor differences in color or finish do not constitute a defect.

Prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation. Menù Studio SAS may change prices at any time; the price published at the time of purchase is the applicable price.

5. Orders and Conclusion of the Contract

Placing an order constitutes a binding offer. The contract is finalized when the customer receives the order confirmation via email. In the event of unavailability, the customer will be notified and can choose between replacement, refund, or purchase credit.

6. Payments

Accepted payment methods are indicated at checkout and may include credit/debit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express), digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal), and bank transfers (if applicable). Payments are processed on secure platforms; Menù Studio SAS does not store card details.

7. Shipping and Deliveries

Shipments are made to Italy and the countries listed on the website. Delivery times depend on destination and availability. Any delays due to force majeure (strikes, holidays, weather conditions, etc.) are not the seller's fault.

Upon receipt, the customer must verify the integrity of the package and its correspondence with the order; any anomalies must be reported within 5 days.

8. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), without having to provide a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an email to resi@stefanobeligni.com . Within 14 days of receiving your notification, return the products intact and complete with their original packaging, labels, and accessories to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item, using the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

  • Customized or made-to-measure products;
  • Sealed products that are not returnable for hygiene or health reasons if opened (e.g. cosmetics, perfumes, skin care);
  • Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • Products purchased in a physical store (unless otherwise specified by the store).

10. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

In the event of a defect, damage, or error, please contact resi@stefanobeligni.com within 5 days of arrival, attaching photos and a description. After inspection, a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, will be offered.

11. Responsibility

Menù Studio SAS is not responsible for disruptions due to force majeure or causes beyond the seller's control. Under no circumstances is it liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits arising from the use of the products.

12. Intellectual Property

Texts, images, logos, graphics, and designs are the exclusive property of Menù Studio SAS – Brand Stefano Beligni or are licensed and protected by copyright and industrial property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

13. Privacy

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Italian law . For any dispute concerning the validity, interpretation, or execution of the contract, the Court of Urbino (PU) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
